Prior to Rise and Shine, Amber held leadership roles at R/GA and Essence Global, where she oversaw annual planning, strategy and campaign orchestration during years of unprecedented growth. She also experienced industry disruption as a marketer at General Mills, honed her strategy acumen with roles at Naked Communications (NBC Universal), Carmichael Lynch (Subaru, Jack Link’s, US Bank) and Fallon. Amber believes that comms planning, media and creative is most breakthrough, effective and fun when it’s tightly woven together.
