Angey Iazzetta, Partner and Director of Brand Integration, will add President to her title at Rise and Shine. In her expanded role, Iazzetta will run the agency’s day-to-day business, while translating the strategic vision into effective, actionable plans to deliver on the ambition. For clients, she will continue to partner closely on the development and successful implementation of plans to help move their business Up and to the Right™. Iazzetta’s promotion recognizes her exceptional leadership, commitment to clients, and vital role in driving agency success.
Kevin DiLorenzo will remain the agency’s Chief Executive Officer, focusing on long-term strategic direction, growth initiatives, and innovation across the agency.

Additionally, Seth Thompson, previously Partner and Director of Finance, has been promoted to Partner and Chief Financial Officer. In this new role, Thompson will oversee the finance, operations and project management departments ensuring alignment between business performance and operational excellence.
